Distance healing is a powerful and transformative practice that allows individuals to receive healing energy without being physically present with a healer. I personally like to have a photo of the person who is receiving the healing, so that I can have a picture in my mind of who I’m working on.

As a general rule, I would use this as a ‘top up’ between treatments, or in the case of children or animals it is suggested to be done on a regular basis over a period of time, depending on why it is felt it is beneficial for the recipient.

It’s very benficial if someone has received a shock or trauma to reduce the impact.
